NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A continued cry from the Bahamas Public Services Union for some time now. Union members gathered in Rawson Square to voice their concerns over a laundry list of issues.

Jason Rolle who works in the Department of Social Services says those who feel it know it.

Members from the Dental Unit in the Ministry of Health also aired their grievances saying for far too long, they have also been neglected.

In a statement, Public Services State Minister Pia Glover-Rolle says 136 promotions and miscellaneous matters were processed, while 37 are outstanding.

Social Services and Urban Development Minister Obie Wilchcombe also asked workers to trust the process.
