GAZA STRIP – The U.N. Children’s Fund says an average of 28 children are being killed every day in Gaza, comparing the loss to an entire classroom wiped out daily.

In a post on X, UNICEF said children are dying from airstrikes, starvation, and a lack of vital aid.

The agency is calling for an immediate ceasefire and urgent access to food, water, and medicine.

Gaza’s health ministry says over 60,000 people have been killed since the war began last October, nearly half of them women and children.
