NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The 2023 Best of The Best Reatta wrapped up over the weekend which saw Lady Kayla wIn the E-class out of Exuma, crewed by Joss Knowles and Keano Hutchinson.

Stefan Knowles from Long Island repeated last year’s B-class victory in the Sassy Sue and the Silent Panda skippered by Exuma Legend Buzzy Rolle won the A-class with Knowles, who sept all divisions last year, coming in second in the Running Tide.

This year’s edition may have been the best one yet but with sailing being declared the national sport and a big push for youth development, the sport’s best days seem to be on the horizon.

College Football

Prince Strachan, the 6’5″ freshman wideout and his Boise State Broncos will play in the L.A. Bowl after Saturday’s Mountain West Conference title win against UNLV in Las Vegas.

The game will take place against a hometown squad in UCLA at Sofi Stadium in Inglewood.

Strachan had nine catches for 237 yards and two touchdowns in limited snaps in his first campaign but when he did manage to get on the field his combination of size and speed made him an absolute menace like when he had three catches for 128 yards and a touchdown against New Mexico last month.

The game, which is hosted by former NFL great Rob Gronkowski will take place on Saturday, December 16th at 7:30 pm Bahamas time on ABC.
