NASSAU, BAHAMAS – For the second year in a row, Kalik and the Nassau Cruise Port have joined forces to present made in The Bahamas.

This event, held this past Saturday, serves as a cultural showcase centered around food, beverages, and music.

It boasts an impressive lineup of both legendary and emerging local talents, including K.B, Nishe L.S., Kenyatta Taylor, Z da Energy, Ghetto Pikney, and others.

After his debut performance on the grand amphitheater stage, I engaged in a candid conversation with Ghetto Pikney.

He shared that he takes great pride in his performances, and is already evaluating ways to enhance the audience’s experience for the next time he hits a stage.

“I definitely got to work on crowd control and my stage presence, and I guess you know I have to put that in Chat GPT.”

Brand representative for Kalik, Stephan Rolle, says that the focus of this event is on enhancing the community, adding it is important to note that the emphasis is not solely on the performers, but also local entrepreneurs.

Assistant Events Manager for the Nassau Cruise Port Iesha Rolle says that they’ve maintained their collaborative efforts with Kalik, owing to the brand’s dedication to empowering locals through culture, conservation, and music.

She also highlights this initiative goes beyond merely showcasing Bahamian talent, it represents Bahamian excellence.
