The victim was driving a moped west on St. Barts Road when the occupants of a small dark-colored car pulled up and shot him multiple times.
Officer-in-charge of the Carmichael Road Police Station Chief Superintendent Mark Barrett spoke to initiatives to clamp down on crime adding it will not be tolerated.
