NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Bahamas International Film Festival is happening this weekend, attracting filmmakers from around the world to our capital to share their creativity and make new connections. We sat down with the creators of Sunday at Il Posto Accanto.

Seth ZVI Rosenfeld and his crew are from New York, they’re presenting their film, Sunday at Il Posto Accanto, at BIFF this weekend surrounding a topic close to us all. Life after lockdown.

With credits as a playwright, screenwriter, producer and director, Rosenfeld is versed in the struggles of the industry, and we asked him to weigh in on some of the difficulties, especially in less developed markets like in The Bahamas.

But he says the reality is, it’s a challenge anywhere and it all comes down to passion, he says a lot of their process came down to favors and speed. They even tell us the restaurant they shot the film in, was open and operating while they filmed.
