NASSAU, BAHAMAS – In just a few days many toddlers will be going to preschool for the first time but for some parents that decision isn’t always easy.

If you’re sending your toddler to preschool for the very first time, the thought alone may be nerve-wrecking.

But the pediatrician at Healthy Kids Pediatrics, Dr. Tamara Moss says when trying to choose the right preschool…the best way to make the right decision, is to show up.

But what age is the right age to send your toddler to preschool?

And for parents who are concerned about their little ones getting sick, here’s her advice.

But she says parents can do their part to minimize illnesses by keeping up with their children’s immunizations and ensuring that they are aware of the school’s policies.
