NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A judge has granted permission to a murder suspect on bail to travel for medical treatment. 

Zintworn Duncombe was shot multiple times last month while at Fleming Street, and as a result, his eyesight has been affected.

Duncombe has varied Duncombe’s bail to permit him to get medical care in Cuba for a month.

Duncombe is on bail awaiting a retrial for his alleged role in the murders of Shane Gardiner and his girlfriend Tishka Braynen in Fresh Creek Andros in December 2013.

In addition to the murder charges, Duncombe is accused of kidnapping the couple, conspiring to rob them and attempting to rob them.
