NASSAU, BAHAMAS – This exciting new Mediterranean-inspired restaurant by Chef Alon Shaya pays homage to Chef Shaya’s Israeli heritage with a nod to Bahamian flavors.
The spices that became the building blocks of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine are paired with the bounty of fresh produce sourced from fertile lands or caught from the sea.
Last evening I was given the full Silan experience. I was served their lobster hummus, grilled shrimp and latkes and a salmon cooked to perfection.
