NASSAU, BAHAMAS – It’s full steam ahead for Dr. Hubert Minnis as he seeks once again to become the leader of the Free National Movement.

He says he’s ready to lead the party and the country again, noting that he has unfinished business.

Dr. Minnis served as Prime Minister from 2017 until losing a snap general election in 2021 during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Minnis was criticized during his time in office for his handling of the Covid-19 pandemic and Hurricane Dorian.
