NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man accused of shooting his girlfriend during an argument is behind bars.

Thirty-seven-year-old Kenyen Adderley faces charges of attempted murder, possession of a firearm to endanger life, and gun possession charges in relation to the June 23 shooting.

Prosecutors say Adderley shot Kascheka Rigby and had a gun to endanger her life.
Rigby remains in critical condition at the hospital.

At the time of his arrest, Adderley was allegedly found with a loaded G2C 9mm pistol.

He didn’t have to enter pleas to the charges when he stood before Magistrate Algernon Allen Jr.

Bail was denied and he’s back in court on October to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
