NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man accused of a fatal drive-by shooting denied the allegations at his Supreme Court arraignment.

Twenty-four-old Breon McKenzie is charged with the June 27, 2023 murder of Gregory Rolle.
Senior Justice Cheryl Grant-Thompson has assigned the case to Justice Guillimina Archer-Minns.
McKenzie will learn his trial date on August 7.
According to police, Rolle was clearing down bushes on Peter Street when a gunman, alleged to be McKenzie, pulled up in a car and shot him.
