NASSAU, BAHAMAS – This Christmas is the first in two years, Bahamians will be able to celebrate like they are used to. In light of this, two clergymen are sending a Christmas message, urging all to give thanks during this Yuletide season.

This holiday season, two clergymen are encouraging Bahamians to cherish loved ones.

Christian Council President Bishop Delton Fernander says this Christmas is significant, especially considering its the first Christmas since the start of the pandemic, free from lockdowns and high COVID-19 numbers.

Meanwhile, Anglican Bishop Laish Boyd is encouraging everyone to cherish the moments and opportunities.

This Christmas will also be the first time churches can gather, free from COVID-19 restrictions.
