PARADISE ISLAND, BAHAMAS – If you ever wondered what a real-life gingerbread house is like, then you may want to pay a visit to Poseidon’s Table at Atlantis.

It took Atlantis Hotel pastry chefs three weeks of round the clock baking to produce 4,200 gingerbread bricks that line the entrance and walls of the popular Royal Towers eatery.

The ingredients:

  • 1,000 lbs of flour
  • 220 lbs of sugar
  • 40 lbs of honey
  • 5 lbs of spices
  • 1,000 eggs

It’s a desert marvel that seemingly delights hotel and restaurant guests, making the entire experience an enchanting Christmas delight.
