NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Opposition is not letting up on it’s demands for Government to share its monthly budget report for May 2024, insisting they’re two months pass due.

This latest grievance, coming at the start of the parliamentary summer recess.

Leader Michael Pintard, who’s accusing government of withholding information from tax payers, says these reports are important for decision makers.

The opposition has long been critical of the Davis Administration and the time it takes to release information.

This, coupled with unanswered questions in Parliament leaving some with the view government has something to hide.

Pintard is also accusing government of not telling the full story in the monthly budget reports insisting tax payers only get a “snapshot” of government’s revenue.
