U.S. Military Says It Carried Out Strikes On Three Vessels In Eastern Pacific

EASTERN PACIFIC – The U.S. Southern Command confirming lethal military action in international waters, after kinetic strikes were carried out on 3 vessels in the Eastern Pacific.

Intelligence confirmed 8 men were killed in the operation.

U.S. officials say the vessels were operating along known narco-trafficking routes and were engaged in drug smuggling activities.

In a statement posted to X, U.S. Secretary of War Pete Hegseth said Joint Task Force Southern Spear conducted the strikes against designated terrorist organizations.
