NASSAU, BAHAMAS – An attempted murder accused broke the curfew attached to his bail conditions after his mother put him out of her home.

Thirty-three-year-old Jeremy Dames has to keep a curfew of 6pm to 6am while on bail.

Dames was at his designated address on January 2 when his mother told him to move after 11pm because of his behavior.

Consequently, Dames was arrested for violation of bail.

Dames pleaded guilty at his arraignment before Senior Magistrate Shaka Serville and was granted a conditional discharge.

He was ordered to be of good behaviour for six months to avoid going to prison for six months.
