NYC Mayor: 16 People Have Died Outside During Prolonged Deep Freeze

NEW YORK CITY – New York City officials say at least 16 people have died outdoors during a prolonged deep freeze, as the city endures one of its longest stretches of below-freezing temperatures on record.
