42-Year-Old Man Charged With Indecent Assault Granted Bail

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 42-year-old man accused of inappropriately touching a teenage girl has been granted bail in the amount of $6,000 dollars.

Rodger Mott is facing an indecent assault charge in connection with an incident involving a 15-year-old girl.

The alleged incident reportedly took place on April 22nd at the Tom Grant Sporting Complex.

Mott appeared before magistrate Abigail Farrington, where he denied the allegation.

He is scheduled to return to court for trial on June 17th.
