Israel Rejects Trump’s Latest Deal on The Strait of Hormuz

ISRAEL – Israel on Sunday rejected a Gaza deal announced by U.S. President Donald Trump.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel “will not carry out any withdrawal until Hamas is genuinely disarmed,” rejecting the 15-point proposal while continuing talks with Washington.

In Tehran, details emerged of a potential Iran-Oman arrangement over the Strait of Hormuz that would bar vessels linked to “hostile countries,” as Iran also reshuffled a top security post.

In Yemen, Iran-backed Houthis struck a government-held Red Sea port, raising concerns about shipping routes and the risk of a return to civil war.
