Good Eats, Great Beats and Festival Treats at Baha Mar

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Culinary Expo & Fuze Art Fair was in full swing on day three of the Bahamas Culinary & Arts Festival at Baha Mar, as the Essence Band had the music covered, while vendors kept the food, drinks and sweet treats coming.

Even if you weren’t eating, there was plenty more to do.

From art and shopping to henna designs, the Baha Mar Convention Centre was packed with things to see and try.

However, one dish in particular caught my attention – fire engine in a sushi roll! Chef Bri Bullard of Authentique Cuisine was the person behind it.

Also, in between all the food and fun, there was even a little something for nature lovers.
