SWAT Chief: We’re the Officers the Police Call
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – They’re not your ordinary officers, the men and women who make up the Royal Bahamas Police Force’s special weapons and tactics, or as it’s more commonly known, SWAT team.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – They’re not your ordinary officers, the men and women who make up the Royal Bahamas Police Force’s special weapons and tactics, or as it’s more commonly known, SWAT team.
The team is a special group of officers trained to handle high risk situations with deadly precision.
Assistant Superintendent Keith Martin is the Officer-in-Charge of the elite group, specializing in tactics not used by the ordinary officer.
Their jobs are so serious that many of them couldn’t show their faces as we filmed them during training.
While we don’t know the faces behind the masks, you see can see that they’re calm, cool and collected, evident through their mental, physical and firearms training exercises.
