Roadworks Planned for Freeport

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Almost $600,000 in road works soon to come for the city of Freeport. This as Grand Bahama Port Authority signed three contracts for the project.

Waugh Construction, Freeport Construction and Bahama Hot Mix were all awarded contracts for the project.

Deputy Director and City Manager at the Grand Bahama Port Authority Troy McIntosh says the resurfacing and repairing will begin on June 5th adding he wants road users to be vigilant in these areas where work will be carried out.
