NASSAU, BAHAMAS – After a sign warning the public of their pool and more notably, “beach areas” being “exclusively reserved for guests” met heated backlash this morning on social media.

Goldwynn Resort & Residences’ Director of Hospitality Operations Stuart Bowe sets the record straight.

That sign had been removed by the time we interviewed Bowe.

We also spoke to beachgoers around Goodman’s Bay, who said they haven’t had issues with the Goldwynn property.

One beachgoer who told us he and a group of other retirees come to the beach on a daily basis.
