USA – The white gunman who shot and killed three black people at a dollar general store in Jacksonville, Florida has been identified as 21-year-old Ryan Christopher Palmeter.

USA – The white gunman who shot and killed three black people at a Dollar General store in Jacksonville, Florida has been identified as 21-year-old Ryan Christopher Palmeter.

Palmeter is said to have bought his guns legally, had no criminal history. He died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Authorities say the shooting was racially motivated adding that he had authored “Several manifestos” detailing his hatred for black people.
