NASSAU, BAHAMAS – We may be out of the pandemic, but according to one doctor now is not the time for residents to let down their guards.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – We may be out of the pandemic, but according to one doctor now is not the time for residents to let down their guards.
Family medicine specialist, Dr. Sabriquet Pinder-Butler says covid has had various strains over the years and more continue to be discovered.
She says it’s important to have a relationship with your doctor or seek medical advice from a local clinic if you believe you may have COVID-19.
Those within particularly vulnerable groups should also be on guard.
She is reminding residents to use wisdom and act responsibly if they are experiencing any illnesses or symptoms.
