NASSAU, BAHAMAS – For Dr. Delano Rolle, the road to pastoring hasn’t been a challenging one.

He started Action City Church of God eight years ago. The Pentecostal church consists of members predominantly under 55 so bridging the gap isn’t an issue for him.

While his approach to ministry may not be as traditional, he says the key is remaining open and sensitive to his congregants, regardless of their age.

As a millennial Dr. Rolle maintains the message of the gospel remains the same, despite different methods.

Dr. Rolle is a clinical psychologist attached to the local healthcare system and various government agencies. He’s also a husband and a father of two.

He says balancing the many different areas of his life requires a level of intentionalism and awareness.

To other millennial pastors, Dr. Rolle says to be true to yourself and your assignment.
