CUBA – Cubans are facing waterlogged roads as Hurricane Milton heads north, to Florida.

According to Elier Pila, a meteorologist from the Cuban meteorology institute, strong swells will be arriving on the northern coast of the western part of the country as Milton barrels north.

Pinar Del Rio and Havana City are expected to be affected by the storm.

On Tuesday, Milton impacted the Yucatan Peninsula as it gained strength in the Gulf of Mexico.
