Jalon Moore led the Sooners with 24 points and seven rebounds, while Glenn Taylor Jr. added 12 points off the bench. For the Cardinals, Chucky Hepburn and J’Vonne Hadley each scored 12 points, with Hadley adding 13 rebounds.

The win bodes well for Oklahoma, as past champions like Villanova (2017) and Virginia (2018) have gone on to win NCAA tournaments. This is the Sooners’ first Battle 4 Atlantis championship under head coach Porter Moser.

Meanwhile, in college football, Prince Strachan and the Boise State Broncos secured a 34-18 win over Oregon State to maintain their playoff hopes.

In basketball action, Deandre Ayton scored 26 points and grabbed nine rebounds, leading the Portland Trail Blazers to a 115-106 victory over the Sacramento Kings.

On the college front, Deyton Albury scored four points off the bench, helping Utah State stay undefeated with a 75-61 win over North Texas.
