NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Culture Minister Mario Bowleg says Prodigal Sons Junkanoo group may not be able to participate competitively in Junkanoo, but should still join the parade with what they have and have fun.

The group suffered a major loss as drums and costumes were lost in a fire.
