NASSAU, BAHAMAS – It’s a craft that dates all the way back to 1943. The disc jokey aka dj is an essential part of any event. But sometimes the group feels as though they go unnoticed so they decided to do something about it.

Veteran disc jokey’s Supa Mario and Dj Tank are just two of the staple faces in their budding industry.

This league of entertainers is considered the pulse of the party scene. Many of their names now rooted in nostalgia and pop culture.

The dj business has even seen its share of family dynasties.

And even with such a strong demand for the craft, like many other groups in the local entertainment industry, they say they both believe there remains a lack of recognition.

It’s why they’ve come together to celebrate their community with the event “Living legends.”

The gentlemen boasted that Living Legends 2 features Grammy award-winning Reggae Artist Peetah Morgan, which they say will surely trump the first event.
