NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A Supreme Court judge dismissed the jury hearing the case of PLP MP Kirk Cornish after learning a juror “had a close connection to the leader of the Opposition.”

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A Supreme Court judge dismissed the jury hearing the case of PLP MP Kirk Cornish after learning a juror “had a close connection to the leader of the Opposition.”

Cornish’s former girlfriend had alleged that he raped, assaulted her and threatened to kill her last year.
