In this edition of Generation Next, Our News sits down with a young woman who says an every day need for her and her son helped to spark what his now her new business venture and passion. Owner of Frame’d Eyewear and Accessories, Heidi Munroe.

Despite opening her business during the pandemic in December 2020, Munroe says it was a relatively smooth process.While juggling her business with her 9-to-5, she says she also tries to involve her son as much as possible.

To other aspiring entrepreneurs, Munroe says that research is key adding you must be prepared for both the highs and lows.

And when she experiences low days, the entrepreneur says it is her repeat customers and meeting the needs of new customers that keeps her going.
