NASSAU, BAHAMAS – National Security Minister Wayne Munroe has sworn an affidavit in the upcoming court case involving Prison Commissioner Charles Murphy.

His attorney Romona Farquharson-Seymour confirmed as much.

Back in October 2021, Munroe placed Murphy on leave.

The Office of the Attorney General made an offer to Murphy but that was rescinded and a lawsuit filed against the government.

In a recent court filing, Munroe said he was not prepared to work with Murphy

Farquharson-Seymour reasons it hasn’t been an easy road for Murphy.
