NASSAU, BAHAMAS – At a plaque unveiling for the country’s oldest veteran who lived to be 100 years old, the British Legion Bahamas branch is calling for more corporate sponsors to help members in their efforts to care for our aging world war two veterans, and their widows.

Chairman of the British Legion Bahamas Branch, Adina Munroe-Charlow says while most people only think of veterans around remembrance day in November, the British Legion Bahamas branch’s work to care for our servicemen and their widows continues around the clock.
