NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Thousands have come to Atlantis Paradise Island for Nassau Paradise Island Wine and Food Festival, the mecca this weekend for all things fun, entertainment, and to taste paradise.

Hosted by multi-award-winning chef Bobby Flay, Friday night marked the second of three marquee events, kicking off with the sounds of Shad Collie and the V.I.P. Band. Guests enjoyed traditional conch salad, an array of seafood dishes, and chuckled with friends over a cup of spirits or seltzers. The night, purposefully crafted to highlight Bahamian culture.

Now K.B. is performing tonight, and when I start you finish, I’m a boatman, a seaman, my work is on the water, free diving, throwing out line is how I survive.”
