1.2M Immigrants Gone From U.S. Labor Force Under Trump, Prelim Data Shows

UNITED STATES – More than 1.2 million immigrants disappeared from the United States labor force from January through the end of July according to preliminary census bureau data analyzed by the Pew Research Center.

The figured includes people who are in the country illegally as well as legal residents.

One immigrant tells the Associated Press she’s now anxious and worried she’ll be pulled over when driving and asked for papers.
