Prosecutors Appeal Judge’s Decision Not to Jail an Admitted Killer
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Prosecutors are challenging a judge’s decision to sentence admitted killer Kenneth Hanna Jr. to probation instead of prison time for the 2021 fatal stabbing of teenager Ashton McPhee, with the appeal set to be heard in July.
