NEW YORK – Prime Minister Philip Davis discusses in New York efforts to close the country’s climate finance gap.

During an interview with Bloomberg News, the nation’s leader insisted the majority of the country’s debt comes from tackling damage caused by acts of nature, especially when it comes to increasingly destructive hurricanes.

The PM says tackling this debt will take a two-fold approach: the first involving industrialized countries taking accountability for their part in climate change.
