NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Ministry of Health is on high alert for cases of measles. The revelation comes as there are outbreaks of measles around the world.

Minister of Health Dr. Michael Darville says healthcare facilities are prepared.

The health minister also confirming the country is stocked up on vaccines for measles.

He says in the last two years, there’s been a decline in vaccinations, but he says the ministry is working to address the issue.
