NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Chefs at the Atlantis Resort were substitute teachers for a day, as 75 students from the Uriah McPhee primary school took a trip to the local resort in celebration of International Chef Day.

Healthy living is the theme for this year’s International Chef Day. Atlantis Executive Director of Human Resources responsible for food and beverage, Horatio McKenzie says it was important to teach the youngsters how to make healthier eating choices.

VP of Culinary at Atlantis Resort, Alan O’Real says they made the sessions as interactive and hands on as possible.
