JAMAICA – Jamaica’s Prime Minister Andrew Holness says his government will move swiftly toward transitioning the country into a republic.

JAMAICA – Jamaica’s Prime Minister Andrew Holness says his government will move swiftly toward transitioning the country into a republic.

Holness saying at a recent speaking engagement that the process is not simple, and that they are making sure every box is checked.

His government is blaming the main Opposition People’s National Party for delaying the transition which would entail Jamaica removing King Charles III as head of state.
