NASSAU, BAHAMAS – No substantial update on those negotiations between government and gas retailers.

This as petroleum retailers continue to push for a 30 cents per gallon margin, arguing that the current margins aren’t sustainable.

You may recall a few weeks ago, when some retailers temporarily stopped selling diesel in hopes that government would address their issues but that didn’t happen.

However government has maintained it will not do anything that will result in an increase at the pumps.
