Munroe: BDOCS Still Not A Correctional Facility

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Bahamas Department of Correctional Services is still not a correctional facility, despite the recent implementation of several initiatives aimed at positively impacting the lives of those who are incarcerated, according to the national security minister.
