We asked Antonique Butler from MacFit360  what advice she has for people who may be intimidated by coming into the gym for the first time, or for the first time in a long time. 

And she also has this advice for gym veterans who may notice the influx of new members in the new year.

Most importantly, the personal trainer says it’s vital not to quit before you’ve been consistent long enough to see results.
