U.S. Pres. Says He Has Decided Response To Jordan Attack

USA – President Joe Biden, leaving the White House for Florida fundraisers, announced his decision on how the U.S. will respond to the drone strike that killed three American troops in Jordan over the weekend.

Emphasizing the avoidance of a broader conflict in the Middle East, he attributed the attack to an Iran-backed militia group. While not specifying the nature of the U.S. action, the White House pledged a “Very consequential response.”

Biden held Iran responsible for supplying weapons to the attackers.
