40-Year-Old Man Arraigned for Unlawful Sexual Intercourse with 12-Year-Old Boy
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 40-year-old man is being held without bail after he was accused of molesting a 12-year-old boy.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 40-year-old man is being held without bail after he was accused of molesting a 12-year-old boy.
Prosecutors allege that Terry Sears committed the offense of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor of the same sex between April 1, 2024 and June 29.
Sears didn’t have to enter a plea to the charge when he appeared before Chief Magistrate Roberto Reckley.
He’s back in court on November 21 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
