Seeing the G.O.O.D. in Good Friday

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – This Good Friday, Christians around the world are pausing to observe the death of Christ. While today is a day of penance and sorrow, the Bishop of the Diocese of The Bahamas and Turks and Caicos Islands is admonishing Christians to see the good in Good Friday. ¸



Bishop Laish Boyd, noting that although Jesus died on Good Friday and it is a solemn occasion, there is still some good in the day. He says Christians can unpack this day in four ways, specifically using the four letters of the word “good”.
