NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Former Prime Minister and former leader of the Free National Movement, Dr. Hubert Minnis said that he is not allowed to speak at any FNM events.

He was speaking outside of Parliament on Wednesday morning.

Dr. Minnis says his inability to speak in certain forums has caused issues in the past.

He claims it’s the party’s current policy, but he was never given a reason as to why he’s not allowed to speak.

And as to whether or not he feels slighted, particularly as a former party leader, he answered with a strong “yes.”

Now we also reached out to party chairman, Dr. Duane Sands.

He contends that allegations made by Dr. Minnis are absolutely untrue calling it an unfortunate distraction.
