EXUMA, BAHAMAS – While Rosewood Exuma is touted to be a vacationers’ paradise, for Founder and CEO of Yntergra Group and Developer, Felipe Maclean the project aims to create economic opportunities, keep families connected at home and protect Exuma’s natural habitat. 

The developer also compliments the great working relationship with government for the progress they are making.  

And despite pushback from pockets of around the country, Maclean contends that residents of Exuma, particularly those in nearby Blackpoint,  support the resort. 

Chief development officer, Javier Guerra emphasizing the project is low density and within the requirements of the law..
